Dorottya Udvar is located at the western gateway of the capital, on Bocskai Street, near M1-M7 motorway. 

It was originally built as a military clothing factory between 1914 and 1918 and after several changes of function it was remodelled in 2002 as a high quality 21st century office building. 

The complex has a peaceful courtyard garden and 28,500 sq ms of office space with a lofty ceiling height and with impressive windows to match. Many international corporations have established their headquarters in the building.
